Over the weekend of January 5 and 6, 2018 I had the opportunity to be a part of the FitExpo in Los Angeles. While there I met Wes Okerson, a personal trainer who has worked with high-profile clients like Tom Cruise and Gerard Butler and one of the trainers from the NBC show STRONG; in addition, I ran into my friend and teammate (we're both educators for Core Health & Fitness) Alex McLean, a group fitness instructor in Los Angeles who regularly has high profile celebrities workout in his fitness classes.

Since so many people are fascinated by how celebrities exercise and we were in LA, I took the opportunity to record an interview with Wes and Alex about how celebrities do fitness and what we can learn from their exercise habits. If you've had a hard time staying with an exercise program you could learn a thing or two about how Wes helps his clients get ready to be in front of a camera.
