There are a number of different ways to get results from your workouts, but one of the most effective, time-proven strategies is by monitoring what you put in your body. Food is energy and exercise is when the body expends that energy, the type of food you eat can determine how your body performs during your workouts.
Josh Clemente is an engineer with a unique background working on projects that went into outer space, he has turned that knowledge into a system called Levels that can help you monitor the amount of carbohydrates, specifically sugar, that you eat in your diet. On this episode of All About Fitness, Josh stops by to share what he learned about the human body by working on a space program and, more importantly, what that means for your workouts.
