The term "celebrity trainer" is a misnomer, individuals in the public eye have the same body that you do and there is no secret formula celebrities follow for their workouts that is any different from what you have the ability to do with your own fitness program. Gunnar Peterson is a Beverly Hills, CA-based personal trainer who happens to work with a number of high profile clients who make a living off of their acting talents but rely on their appearance to help land specific roles. Gunnar is also the Director of Strength and Endurance for the Los Angeles Lakers professional basketball team; not only does he know how to design exercise programs to change appearance, but he also helps condition top athletes to perform at the highest level of competition. In other words, it's worth hearing what he has to say.
