According to Paul Chek, "There is no such thing as a bad exercise or drug, only an INCORRECTLY prescribed exercise or drug;" on this episode of All About Fitness Paul and I discuss his unconventional approach to fitness and how the modern fitness industry has been influenced by his often provocative work.  Paul Chek is a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner and owner of the CHEK Institute, an education and coaching organization based in Southern California. Paul's unique approach to health and fitness transcends traditional exercise practices to focus on the entire body, including the mind, as a single system. Paul has taught workshops to trainers, therapists and strength coaches around the world, consulted with numerous professional sports teams, has helped an extensive number of individuals to help improve their health and has developed an extensive education program to teach others a holistic approach to exercise and health coaching.
