Chris Frankel is the VP of Human Performance for TRX, the company that changed how we do bodyweight training in the fitness industry. Chris has a strong background in exercise science and is completing his PhD in the field; he has been working with TRX for a number of years developing the education and workout programs that teach both fitness professionals and consumers how to get the best results from bodyweight training.

Chris didn't invent the TRX but has influenced how it's used.
