Molly Galbraith is a personal trainer and strength training enthusiast who helped create the Girls Gone Strong community to break down stereotypes and promote the benefits of strength training for women. Not only has Molly been leading the way for more women to join the iron game, but she is a fierce advocate for the body positivity movement which promotes fitness for every BODY regardless of size or shape. Recently Molly made international headlines with a simple social media post and on this episode of All About Fitness we talk about the effects of that post, the body positivity movement, how Girls Gone Strong was founded and why women have just as much right to be training in the strength area as their male counterparts.
